It’s a new property - everything is clean, spacious, and well appointed. We had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, both of which far exceeded our expectations. But by far the best part was the staff who were excellent!

This wasn’t my first stay at the hotel, and it continues to hold a special place for my family — especially my 3-year-old son, who affectionately calls it “our home.” It’s always been a comfortable and familiar place for us. This time, however, there was a slight issue with the room — a faint but noticeable smell that I couldn’t quite identify. I’m not sure if it contributed to my seasonal allergy symptoms, but it was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall, everything else was great and up to the usual standard. One small suggestion would be to see a bit more warmth and smiles from the staff, which would make the experience feel even more welcoming. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Everything was delightful and the staff (especially the young lady at reception) was as hospitable and efficient as one could wish. Just exceptional service.

AMEDIA Luxury Suites Graz is 1 km from the Stadthalle and the Messe Graz exhibition centre, and a 10-minute tram ride from the Old Town. It offers free WiFi and free use of the sauna. We had an excellent stay. The apartment was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, and the staff were consistently warm, helpful and professional. The hotel offers convenient garage parking for €16 per night, which was a big plus. Breakfast was rich, fresh and diverse, with plenty of choices to start the day right.
