The hotel was beautiful, well maintained and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Celyan and Lous went out of their way to help us buy our train tickets and were patient with our numerous questions. The breakfast was great and so was the dinner. The beds were very comfortable and was happy to see my favorite products( Aesop) in the bathroom.

The four-star Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre is located in the centre of Brussels, only 100 metres from Brussels Central Station and the St Michael & St Gudule Cathedral. Everything was perfect. Maria at the front desk was absolutely incredible and very helpful! I highly recommend this place to stay. 2 minutes walk to central station and 10 min walk to main square. The beds are very comfortable and it smells great .

The location is good, well connected to the centre (a 15 min walk). The room was nice, staff friendly. The ladies that work at breakfast were extra sweet and the pool room is a great touch.

The appartment looks exactly as on the pictures. It's really spacious with a very comfortable bed and all the required amenities. The location is great, in the european council district, very central but quiet at night. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again if I return to Brussels.

Only 5 minutes walk to grand place. Street was noisy at night, but you don’t hear anything in bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Room is clean. There are fridge, washer, oven, cooking equipment etc. Antonio is very thorough with all details for checking in and out.
