Janaina has been an absolutely fantastic host. I have been included in both breakfasts, lunch and she even introduced me to dancing class close by, where I tried to dance Samba and brega. In short, I do not think it is possible to be shown more service, kindness, and an introduction to the culture of Pará than with her.

I Santarém, 1,7 kilometer fra Santarem havn, ligger Pousada Jardins, som har et utendørsbasseng, gratis privat parkering, en hage og en fellesstue. The staff are very nice and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The place is very clean and the swimming pool is delightful. They work very hard to maintain a nice place and are very hospitable.

I had a wonderful four days in Salvaterra. Marcia is a great host and goes out of her way to take care of your every needs. I really enjoyed the tours with her to learn more about the Amazonian way of life, flora and fauna. Swimming in the mangroves was paradise. The accommodation is very relaxed and has all that you need including perfectly working AC (powered by solar PV). Breakfast is really nice with a different cake and selection of fruits every morning. And do not miss to have dinner there. The moqueca is fabulous :-)

Pousada Reloday tilbyr et utendørsbasseng, terrasse, en restaurant og bar i Salvaterra. A very good and friendly atmosphere. We stayed for one week and everyday we felt very welcome and the owners were very helpfull during our stay. Not many times you can consider those running a pousada as friends but we felt we were like friends quite fast. We also spent some time together with the owners when we went out for a nice stay at a local natural pool. The owners went beyond what you could expect during a stay. Giving us lifts to the beach, waterpark and other locations. Also when we needed something everything was taken care of in a matter of minutes. On our way back we used the transfer to the harbor, a very relaxing way of transport. Since I'm a vegetarian and sometimes the options can be limited I thoroughly enjoyed the food I took with me was prepared for me. Also my family and I enjoyed the daily fresh breakfast with local cheese, bread, eggs, fruit and cake. The meals were also very good. There were some shows during and stay and we also enjoyed these. Even more because of the cocktails served and the lively atmosphere during the shows. The pool is also very good and John cleans the pool everyday. All in all a very nice stay and highly recommended if you inted to stay in Joanes.

Morada da Ilha Pousada ligger i Soure, 2,3 kilometer fra Garrote-stranden, og har en bar, røykfrie rom og gratis WiFi. It was great for a very low price. The room was super big and renovated, the beds were really comfy, the breakfast tasty and the staff really helpful. I would happily go back!

Everything about our stay at Pousada Tauari exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable with excellent and quiet air conditioning which is very important in the Amazon. The breakfast was outstanding with lots of variety and interesting things to eat. The location was great, just a few blocks from the main square. Most importantly, the hosts (Ricardo and Katcha) are wonderful people who went out of their way to make sure that we had everything that we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. We owe them our gratitude and thanks for a great experience.
