Very attentive staff. At Hotel Franco we had the most comfortable bed on our trip. We even overslept a little. The views from the window and the rooftop bar are wonderful.

The breakfast was good - I like yogurt and granola, and they had high-quality granola with lots of nuts! The location is good for visiting the mall. You literally walk across the street, and you're in the food court.

That was the best accomodation that we had during our stay in Brazil. The welcoming of Chis, the Brazil vibe, the perfect breakfast (and perfect is 5 stat worth breakfast). She is always around the guests helping and suggesting them various things. My daughters loved it there as well. It has a really nice common area. Chris also can help to order food and you can eat in the common area. There is a fridge - you can buy drinks and pay during checkout. The rooms are very clean, spacious enough.
