Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Highly recommended.. it was an ordinary day, so twas quiet. the parking, tho not free ($20), was spacious. The staff was courteous, friendly and very accommodating. The place has high ceilings, spacious room and huge bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped - fridge, toaster, coffee market, kettle, microwave and flat top stove. It has also China plates etc. Buy paper goods if you don't want to wash plates.

From the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!

I was very pleasantly surprised to see tasteful messages about Christ on the property. They totally lived up to the virtues of kindness and peace. The place was spotless, the staff was ultra-professional, the breakfast was fantastic, the location relative to the city was perfect. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if I went back to Ottawa.

The shower was nice the bed was so comfortable this is a good spot if you’re on a short stay trip. The host/Family was Kind.
