The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Room: The room was immaculate and extremely clean, which I truly appreciated. It was also very spacious, with a kitchen complete with dishes and utensils, a big fridge, and a microwave. The room also featured a very large smart TV with subscription-based channels, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The shower was fantastic, offering a refreshing experience each time. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was very fast, making it easy to stay connected. Dining: While the hotel doesn’t have an in-house restaurant, the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Service: The staff at Cannery Lofts Niagara went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Upon arrival, the reception staff showed me the room before I paid, just to make sure I liked it—a level of service I've rarely encountered. They were always available to assist with any request, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Location: The hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from Niagara Falls by walking, making it easy to explore the area. There is plenty of paid parking space available, which is very convenient. Overall Experience: My experience at Cannery Lofts Niagara was outstanding. The cleanliness of the hotel, the well-appointed room, the fast Wi-Fi, and the professional staff made for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Niagara Falls.

Hotel X Toronto, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel features waterfront and city skyline views. From the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!

Incredible views from spacious, immaculate, comfortable rooms. Fantastic location, just steps from many key attractions and the UP Express station. Relaxed vibe. Good breakfast and wifi. Pool with a view!

Everything was good from the room to the breakfast. There breakfast had a variety of different other stuff than what u would normally have at other hotels. A mist Stay at. And the staff are very friendly.
