Villa Patria is a stunning boutique hotel nestled right on the shores of Lake Lugano — and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. The decor is tasteful , the location is unbeatable, and the views are simply breathtaking. One of the highlights was being able to walk just a few steps down and dive straight into the lake. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented But what made our stay truly special was Carmen. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

The Apartment looks exactly as in the photos. The cleaning is done perfectly, in the apartment you will find everything you need, the view is beautiful, you have a parking slot at the location, the check in is realy easy to do, the hosts are very nice, ready to help with any information, they answered fast to our messages.

It's exceptionally clean and welcoming. The staff was incredibly kind—our room was ready early, which was perfect since we arrived feeling unwell. They really went above and beyond, even without us asking. This was our second trip to Lugano, but our first time staying here, and it was by far the best B&B with a smooth checkout.

The apartment was spacious with everything needed. It was clean, bright, and you could immediately feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with really helpful notes. It's perfect for larger groups since there's plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and come back when in Lugano.
