A lovely hotel for a short stay in Luzern. We were always greeted by lovely staff and the daily breakfast was great with incredible variety. The location is nicely tucked away from main tourist areas if you have access to a car, but it isn't too far from the city centre.

The staff invited us for free drinks at bar in the evening. 4. Location - excellent. It is central and right on the water. You can enjoy your meals at the balcony and enjoy the views. 5. Breakfast - it was fresh and tasty. 6. Value for money - a bit at the expensive side but it is due to quality and location.

Everything was arranged very nicely from the room to kitchen to (a huge) bathroom. Didn't feel like a hostel but like own home. Very clean and everything is modern. Gery had made sure to stock all the supplies (even a travel adapter). Can even use laundry service if required. Really pleased and definitely worth more than money spent.
