This hostel is run by a friendly family. It's conveniently located, and the kitchen is well-equipped, making it convenient for guests. The bus terminal is nearby, and there's a large supermarket just 10 minutes away, making shopping a breeze. A particularly nice touch is the beachside walks. I enjoyed the beautiful scenery as I walked alone in the morning and evening. Breakfast is provided. I checked out early in the morning on my departure day, and they prepared a simple meal for me the night before. I appreciate their kindness.

A very helpful owner and staff. The owner had great advice on where to visit, including a great penguin tour that I took on my last day. The room was also good, with a private bath. The common area was spacious too.

Situated in Castro in the Chiloe region with Church of San Francisco nearby, Refugio Insular features accommodation with free private parking. The family was super kind. The facilities were always clean. We felt incredibly welcomed even though our spanish is very poor. The hosts made an effort to answer our questions and help us plan our days. Super close to the bus terminal! Cant recommend this place enough!

A l'habitació doble hi ha un llit de matrimoni i un de 110cm, era espaiosa i exterior. L'hostal està net i la cuina ben endreçada i equipada per preparar plats senzills. Es troba en una situació molt cèntrica i està decorat amb manualitats i obres d'art creades per la propietària. L'hostal son dues cases i cadascuna té bany, cuina i sala d'estar, pel que no s'aglomera molta gent i es pot descansar bé als vespres. La relació qualitat-preu és bona. Els propietaris també organitzen excursions per veure les atraccions turístiques de Chiloé.
