The hotel has a great location 2 blocks from the main square of Puerto Varas and 3 blocks from the Casino. El Tepual Airport is a 30-minute drive away. Honestly, this is an excellent hotel. It is very well located, the staff is amazing, and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. We stayed for two nights at the beginning of our trip, and later, when we returned to Puerto Varas, we decided to change our hotel and come back here again. The second time, the room we got had a bathroom that was not as nice as the first one, so I would just recommend keeping all bathrooms as beautiful as the others, because the rooms themselves are lovely and the whole house is very cozy and comfortable. The attention from the staff is excellent, and the breakfast is really good, very punctual and with great variety. I especially want to highlight Sue from the staff. On our last day, we had an early morning flight and had to leave before breakfast time, and she kindly offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast bag for us. I truly recommend this hotel. The service is exceptional!

We arrived by car and were able to park right outside the front door. Immediately a young man came out to help us with our luggage. As you enter the huge lobby you can see the amazing views. Carolina on reception was so welcoming and charming. Lovely room with a balcony, incredible views and a machine providing filtered water. Fabulous breakfast, again with great views! Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

There are convenience stores right outside the apartment and a good restaurant down the hill a 5 min walk away. I would recommend staying here.
