Great customer service and all in all they provide a lot of comfort. The shower was awesome— excellent pressure, hot, and gave body wash, shampoo, and conditioner (seemingly a treat throughout South America). They had a little kitchen for us to use outside our unit along with the main one where everyone has breakfast. So they just provide a lot of nice accommodations that show their thoughtfulness of travelers!

We were incredibly happy with our stay here and this place was exactly what we were looking for - a well run, boutique accommodation with caring, friendly staff and attention to detail throughout. Nice rooms and amenities, comfortable beds, good showers, a generous continental breakfast, luggage storage in case required, and an easy walk to restaurants and cafes around town. For those hiking, can either walk to the bus stop to Torres Del Paine (10-15 mins) or take an Uber. Very highly recommended - many thanks!

I mean, this place is expensive for a reason. We traveled for 3 weeks in Chile and this was the nicest place we stayed by far, and also the most expensive. We scheduled a night here as kind of a splurge at the end of our trip and we were not disappointed. It was the nicest breakfast spread that I have ever seen in all my years traveling with the best view. The spa is free to use and is very relaxing and the bar has well-made drinks and apps. If you have the money, don't even bother looking elsewhere for accommodations for Torres Del Paine.

Very comfortable accommodations and even nicer host!

This is an excellent location for the many people that use PN as a stopping point before traveling to Torres Del Paine. It is s a short walk to the bus station, some nice (not fancy) restaurants nearby, a reasonable walk to the downtown area, and comfortable and quiet (basic, but fine) accommodations. We were permitted to store our stuff at the location while we were hiking the O trek for nine days. It was easy to work with staff despite our limited Spanish. It met our needs perfectly and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. d

The staff — Matti and Gladys really took good care of us especially that we stayed during the New Year holidays. The personalized service is unbeatable. It’s an old farm house converted into a 7-bedroom “hotel”. It has actually the feels of an exclusive B&B.

The Cabana was - by far - the best place we have stayed at during our vacation in Patagonia - the private hot pod & sauna, the extremely comfortable beds as well as the panoramic view towards the mountains and the quiet location were truly unique. Our host was very friendly and supported us during our stay and provided valuable recommendations on how to best get to our next destination El Calafate.
