Small but very clean and cozy rooms. ​Great location – you can easily reach both the city center and the seaside, as well as nice restaurants and the central bus station. ​The breakfast is not very extensive, but it is more than enough for a good start to the day. ​The staff is very helpful and friendly. ​Having stayed at other places in Puerto Natales during previous visits, I can 100% recommend this one.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hostel is well equipped, they can lend you a gas cylinder for free, store your luggage for a few days (also free). The rooms were clean and the hostel was quiet, so we had a good rest before the W trek.

Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily.

Amazing views, luxurious hotel feel. Just amazing..and the view from the room, omg.bed was super comfortable..i only ate at the bar and it was generally good, although i found trout a bit too salted and ceasar salad with chicken was not good..hamburger was amazing though! It was good base for exploring the park, especially the east. For the base of towers it will take almost the same as from Puerto Natales with the car. Nice little pool, although the water could be just a bit warmer..the price is high but for 2 night i was there it was ok to splurge and be closer to the park with amazing view and cosy hotel

Very, very nice hosts that will try to help you if you need. The smaller cabaña has radiators in all rooms, including the bathroom, so it's quite comfortable inside.

Boasting sea views, Hostel Patagonia Backpackers features accommodation with terrace, around 400 metres from Puerto Natales Bus Station.

The welcome and warmth of Nico and all the staff was amazing. As a solo traveller this is so important and however many questions I asked nothing was too much. The atmosphere was lovely and this puts guests at ease and makes for a social and respectful atmosphere. Nico helped with ideas and car hire (which I wholly recommend). Views from the hostel are great and it feels very safe. I ended up extending my booking 3 times and had 8 nights here. I had to move rooms but this was no issue as the staff just moved my stuff if I was out trekking. Thanks all. 11/10
