Spacious room with fabulous views. Friendly and welcoming staff - all very professional. The hotel has a lovely spa and the public areas are tasteful and well-thought out. The views from the bar and restaurant are wonderful. There is a tourism office with well-informed and helpful staff. The hotel is in a really good location for the hikes we wanted to do.

A really great hostel, the people running it was extremly friendly and welcoming. It was nice that it was so close to the bus station, the facilities were great and the rooms had an amazing view. Perfect to stay before and after visiting torres del paine! A great place to meet other travelers and share tips on patagonia.

Studio set up. Beautiful view for the first night. 2md night was a room on the road side, still nice. Great position to cafe's and resturants.

The breakfast was simple but tasty—all you need for a good start to the day. The location is good, close to the bus terminal and the city center. Bill, the owner, is the positivity and helpfulness himself. The living room area is quite cozy.

Hostal like home is conveniently located within walking distance of everything you need in Puerto Natales. Cecilia was so warm and helpful. My room had a private bathroom and was super quiet, clean and comfortable. I loved the use of a communal lounge with tea and coffee making facilities and use of a fridge.
