Very good location to the bus station and only a 10 minute walk to the centre. Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Breakfast can be had at 6 AM to accommodate early bus trips. Tea and coffee are available all day and there is also a luggage room for your bags when trekking.Very comfortable beds and very clean.

The place is cozy and comfortable. The room was nice and clean. Bathrooms are also quite good. We felt like living with family. They also helped us get airport transfer. They also saved breakfast for us when we came back from the Penguin tour. Later in the week, even when we were not staying with them, they allowed us to camp at their place for a couple of hours to wait for the airport taxi. The warmth we felt was incredible. Thanks for making the stay memorable for us.

The atmosphere was very nice, and Ingrid was very friendly. I felt welcomed and safe as a solo female traveler. There was a commen area to chill, a great kitchen, sometimes even a cat came to meow hi, really nothing to complain about. Puerto Natales is a nice small town open to tourists.
