The location by the river is excellent. The room is very large and clean and modern, which is a nice contrast to the building which looks like an old temple. Perhaps the best thing was the outstanding service - extremely helpful and polite and helped us with taxis and directions and were just generally very welcoming and generous. A fantastic place to stay.

"Homestay" is a very appropriate description - it feels just like you become part of a family. Everything is taken care of from the very moment you enter the building. Very friendly staff welcomes you, tea and water are complimentary, a little restaurant with authentic, delicious homemade food is part of the hotel, the family's cat wanders around, you are greeted with a plate of fresh vegetables and support with getting around. The room is spacious, clean, working A/C, we had windows to the back alley which made sleeping easy as it was very quiet and air was fine. Windows have mosquito nets and good/ darkening curtains. Highly recommended!
