We were upgraded to a river view room, it was beautiful! The location was great, and the restaurant on the boardwalk was an excellent location for dinner.

Holiday Inn Wuhan Tianhe Airport by IHG is located in Wuhan, 27 km from Hankou Railway Station and 31 km from Zhongshan Park Station. We had a flight arriving late at night, so we booked this hotel for an overnight stay. It exceeded our expectations, check-in was fast and seamless, the staff were extremely helpful, the hotel was super clean, and breakfast was excellent. Nothing to complain about.

Set within 14 km of Binjiang Park and 8.1 km of China Three Gorges University, Hilton Garden Inn Yichang Yiling offers rooms in Yichang. Just to stay in a Hilton Hotel for £40/night with a view over the river and breakfast was too good a deal to pass up. Meant a 30 min taxi ride out of town, but that was no biggie. Nothing much in the area other than a shopping mall (turn right out of hotel and walk for 15 mins) with loads of eating options as hotel didn't offer food other than breakfast.
