Hotel is in a strategical place near west gate and it’s very nice, very close to the mountains. Choose montain wiew room! But the best thing is the staff, Winnie will help you to organize everything, before and during the trip, she speaks perfect english. She is so precise and professional. I forgot some clothes in the hotel and she send them to me to another hotel and back to Italy. She is kind and beautiful. Rate 10/10

The service at this hotel is excellent. They offered free airport transportation. Pei-Pei offered her good service for ticket booking to the national parks. Each day we received a very useful explanation from her about the sightseeing route and suggestions, she speaks perfect English. The room is very clean and spacious, plenty of drinking water was provided. The breakfast is plentiful. The location is very good, approx. 15 minutes walking distance from the south entrance. It is very peaceful during the night, ensuring a good sleep. We had one dinner in the hotel. The quality of the food is average compared to the price charged.

The hosts were amazing! They helped us to book absolutely every ticket and save some money, to plan our days and everything else we need The room and the hotel were clean, the bed was comfortable. The decoration of the room was super cute as well

A recently renovated homestay situated in Fenghuang, Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn features a terrace. With mountain views, this accommodation offers a balcony. Wow! Incredible views! The host was excellent. Kind, helped us get to the property, helped us with luggage, gave us fresh treats. We forgot some personal items and he informed us about it and posted it to our next hotel. Honest, kind and went out of their way to gave us the best experience at the property and for our entire trip. Thank you so much!

Situated within 30 km of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and 200 metres of Tianmen Mountain Ticket Office, Just waiting for you-English reception-Ticket reservation-Itinerary customization features... Rainbow was the nicest. Very helpful and kind. She helped be with pretty much everything I needed while visiting the area. The hotel is very well located and next to the Tianmen mountain’s cablecar. A lot of restaurants around and at night the place is really calm.
