Stunning spot right under the Avatar mountains – couldn't ask for a better location! The staff were legends, sorted our park passes and shuttle rides without a hitch. Massive pools perfect for a dip after a day of hiking, and the brekkie spread was top-notch with heaps of local options. Cheers for a cracking good experience – will definitely be back!

Well located in the Yong Ding district of Zhangjiajie, Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain is located 30 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, 5.2 km from Tianmen Mountain Ticket Office... The breakfast. The fact that everything is new and nice. Everything is automatic. It is awesome. The stuff. SELINA! She was amazing even before we met. Lovely personality and helpful. I loved the massage services. Foot massage.

It was exactly what I wanted. Clean, private and helpful. The manager Joanna helped me organise my tickets for all the national parks in one go which would have been a headache had I tried another way. They deserve a good review because they work hard to earn it.

Zhangjiajie Waterfront Huajian Inn& Tianmen National Forest Park & Free pick up service has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Zhangjiajie. Everything - I can’t recommend this lovely inn enough! Starting with the staff, they go above and beyond. Zhang is amazing and helped us organise our time in Zhangjiajie. She booked all of our attraction tickets and was always available to answer our questions. We can’t thank her enough for her invaluable help! The room exceeds expectations - clean, large and comfortable. There is free laundry services which we found really useful and breakfast is delicious. Especially the pork dumplings! Great location overlooking the river and in walking distance of lots of restaurants, shops and a bakery. Central to the popular attractions. We hope to return in future :)

This place was perfect! The location is excellent, 10 min walk from one of the park gates. Will is a fantastic hotel manager, he helps you to organise the tours and make your itinerary, nothing is too big or small for him to help you with. The hotel is super clean, the room was very spacious and the huge bathtub was my favorite! Would definately recommend this place!!

Amazing location, beautiful views from rooftop terrace. Nice breakfast, staff was super friendly and helped us book our tickets to National Park. Room was spacious with all amenities we needed during our stay.

A recently renovated homestay situated in Fenghuang, Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn features a terrace. With mountain views, this accommodation offers a balcony. Lovely place to stay, very central, gorgeous river view. Very helpful host.
