Stunning spot right under the Avatar mountains – couldn't ask for a better location! The staff were legends, sorted our park passes and shuttle rides without a hitch. Massive pools perfect for a dip after a day of hiking, and the brekkie spread was top-notch with heaps of local options. Cheers for a cracking good experience – will definitely be back!

The breakfast. The fact that everything is new and nice. Everything is automatic. It is awesome. The stuff. SELINA! She was amazing even before we met. Lovely personality and helpful. I loved the massage services. Foot massage.

From the moment I checked in, she made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Joanna’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are remarkable. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything during my stay was perfect—personally checking in to see if I needed anything, offering thoughtful recommendations, and handling every request with warmth and efficiency. Her dedication to making guests feel comfortable is truly rare and deeply appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-managed, which clearly reflects Joanna’s leadership. Every part of the experience was smooth and enjoyable, thanks to her and the wonderful team she leads. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay. Zhangjiajie Waterfront Huajian Inn& Tianmen National Forest Park & Free pick up service has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Zhangjiajie. Everything - I can’t recommend this lovely inn enough! Starting with the staff, they go above and beyond. Zhang is amazing and helped us organise our time in Zhangjiajie. She booked all of our attraction tickets and was always available to answer our questions. We can’t thank her enough for her invaluable help! The room exceeds expectations - clean, large and comfortable. There is free laundry services which we found really useful and breakfast is delicious. Especially the pork dumplings! Great location overlooking the river and in walking distance of lots of restaurants, shops and a bakery. Central to the popular attractions. We hope to return in future :)

Gorgeous view and the pool was perfect after a hot day in the park

Located just 30 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Patio Spring Holiday Inn--Free pick up-Airport & Railway st ation&TianMen Mount ain--Free travel customization provides accommodation in... The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They not only advised us on the best way to visit the national park but even purchased the tickets for us. While the pickup service from the train station was unsuccessful, the drop-off back to the station went smoothly. We especially enjoyed the homemade breakfast served on the terrace with its magnificent mountain views.

A recently renovated homestay situated in Fenghuang, Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn features a terrace. With mountain views, this accommodation offers a balcony. Lovely place to stay, very central, gorgeous river view. Very helpful host.

Situated within 30 km of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and 200 metres of Tianmen Mountain Ticket Office, Just waiting for you-English reception-Ticket reservation-Itinerary customization features... Rainbow was the nicest. Very helpful and kind. She helped be with pretty much everything I needed while visiting the area. The hotel is very well located and next to the Tianmen mountain’s cablecar. A lot of restaurants around and at night the place is really calm.
