I loved the massage services. Foot massage.

She went above and beyond to ensure that everything during my stay was perfect—personally checking in to see if I needed anything, offering thoughtful recommendations, and handling every request with warmth and efficiency. Her dedication to making guests feel comfortable is truly rare and deeply appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-managed, which clearly reflects Joanna’s leadership. Every part of the experience was smooth and enjoyable, thanks to her and the wonderful team she leads. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay. The hosts were so kind and helpful. They told us everything we needed to know about visiting the National Park and nothing was a problem. Fantastic location! Gorgeous view and the pool was perfect after a hot day in the park

Zhangjiajie Milli Orman Parkı noktasına 30 km mesafede yer alan Patio Spring Holiday Inn--Free pick up-Airport & Railway st ation&TianMen Mount ain--Free travel customization tesisi restoran, bahçe,... The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They not only advised us on the best way to visit the national park but even purchased the tickets for us. While the pickup service from the train station was unsuccessful, the drop-off back to the station went smoothly. We especially enjoyed the homemade breakfast served on the terrace with its magnificent mountain views.

They helped us to book absolutely every ticket and save some money, to plan our days and everything else we need The room and the hotel were clean, the bed was comfortable. The decoration of the room was super cute as well

Zhangjiajie Milli Orman Parkı noktasına 30 km ve Tianmen Mountain Ticket Office noktasına 200 m mesafede yer alan Just waiting for you-English reception-Ticket reservation-Itinerary customization... Rainbow was the nicest. Very helpful and kind. She helped be with pretty much everything I needed while visiting the area. The hotel is very well located and next to the Tianmen mountain’s cablecar. A lot of restaurants around and at night the place is really calm.
