I had a great stay! The hotel was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. It would be even better if the hotel could offer complimentary access to the hot springs for all guests, rather than on a payable basis. Their outdoor/indoor hot springs area is a definite must visit for the experience it provides. A big shout-out to Mr. Eric Gao, who was fantastic in guiding us around the area and explaining the facilities we could enjoy during our stay.

The hotel provides a shuttle to the Chanbaishan high-speed train station. Visit to Tianchi lake are possible whenever weather allows it, the hotel is very close to the entrance and has a shuttle to drop you off /pick you up at the entrance. The whole return trip can be done in 3 hours. 2 restaurants. Hot spring inside the hotel are a nice plus.
