The staff were very accommodating, they also included free laundry service which was very handy! The breakfast was tasty and had a vast amount of selection to tailor to everyone’s taste buds. The hotel is conveniently located next to a large mall as well

Conveniently located in Shenzhen, Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. We arrived at the hotel on May 6th 2025, and we have to say that we’ve never experienced a warmer welcome anywhere on our travels. The ladies at the reception were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and their positive attitude made us feel truly special from the very first moment. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch their names, but we are very grateful for their care. The whole hotel left a great impression on us – everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back.

As other reviews have mentioned, the location of this hotel is incredibly convenient—it’s situated directly above Jingtian Station on Line 2, making it perfect for getting around the city with ease. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant decor and an inviting atmosphere. The linens were luxuriously soft and high quality, making for a very comfortable stay. One unexpected highlight: the shampoo smelled amazing—just like pineapple gummy bears! Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.

Everything was just perfect :) Clean, bright room, all amenities were provided. So much food for breakfast, hard to choose what to eat, everything was tasty. I would definitely recommend it for a long stay. We stay 7 nights, and have never encountered anything that upset us

Lovely warm cookies on arrival, Great english from check in and check out. The rooms are really spacious and clean. Best hotel i’ve stayed at in Shenzhen for the price point.
