The hotel is beautifully designed and feels very cozy. The staff were absolutely outstanding, and the restaurant was also of a very high standard. Highly recommended!

I have been in many places and i have to say that this one will always gonna be one of my favorites! The rooms might not look fancy but once you arrive there you realize that you're not really going to spend much time inside except for when you go to sleep. Most of the time we spent there we were laying on the sunbeds drinking amazing piña coladas prepared by the lady the runs everything, Luz. She will help you out with everything that you might need! She runs the place honestly and carefully with attention to every single detail and she will go on and beyond to satisfy every request that you might have. On the beach there's a lot of vendors that will try to sell you things and sometimes thay can be pushy and when that happens there will be Pacho ready to send them away so that you can enjoy your stay as comfortably as possible. There's food options as well, nothing fancy considering that you're on a desolated beach where options are limited but one thing is sure, there's always drinks available! Overall this place is amazing and instead of 2 days we ended up spending more than a week. When we come back to Cartagena again this place is gonna be first on our bucket list! Featuring a bar and views of pool, Hotel Agua Baru by Mustique is located in Baru, less than 1 km from Cholon Bay. The hotel provides sea views, an outdoor pool and a 24-hour front desk. We had a beautiful room with a terrace and private pool. We were upgraded as we were the only guests. The staff was very attentive and accommodating.
