Clean modern hotel, perfectly located just a couple of blocks from a large shopping area and very close to downtown. Confortable rooms, friendly personnel, ready to help. Breakfast was huge and delicious, made with fresh products. Several options to choose from, every day they have many different options. Breakfast was one of the highlights of my trip. Free parking was a plus considering the hotel was in a very busy area

Too many great things to say about the property , staff are excellent and always helpful , location amazing , and the breakfast is top top. A well put together and very clean place also with excellent communication from the host, who also sent a useful guide for exploring Bucaramanga. Great stay.

Wendy is amazing, very responsive and helpful. Our room was big and clean. Although we were next to the road, it's not that loud at night. One can walk to the city center (about 12 min) or drive (5 min). Breakfast was very complete and delicious.

Excellent value for the money. The room and bed were comfortable and the place was quiet despite being located in a noisy area of the city. Juan Sebastian was extremely helpful and communicative and quick to answer any question via whatasapp.
