Located in central San Jose, Hotel Casa 69 offers a garden patio, free Wi-Fi in public areas and individually decorated rooms with cable TV. The National Museum is just a 10-minute walk away. I had a lovely stay at Hotel Casa 69! The staff were all kind and always greeted with a smile, which made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Justin for being especially helpful and friendly during my stay, and also to Winston and the rest of the team, you’re all amazing! I also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning, it was a great way to start the day and I loved experiencing a typical Costa Rican breakfast 😊 Thank you for the great hospitality. The kitchen was spotless and really well appointed. The bedding very clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious with good products. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I couldn't have been more impressed. The building itself has a sauna, pool and cinema room and is in a safe and walkable location. Whilst there we also visited downtown San Jose and Barrio Escslantes. I'd highly recommend a visit to Barrio Escalantes, a cheap taxi ride away.
