Amazing staff and great location being very close to the main street and close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was beautiful and you could watch the sunset from the balcony. It is also very quiet so it's great for those who want to stay somewhere quiet but also be in the walking distance of all the hustle and bustle.

I loved this apartment and with I could have stayed longer! The hosts are so friendly and helpful, arranging everything for me and even taking the time to walk me to the colectivo station so I could get a cheaper ride back to the airport than possible with a taxi. The apartment itself has everything you need and there is a great grocery store around the corner, plus countless good restaurants and coffee shops in east walking distance. You get all the benefit of Santa Maria’s amenities without feeling cloistered in a resort.

The owner Candida is very welcoming and went out of her way to make us feel very comfortable. Thank you very much!

We had a truly wonderful stay. The apartment was perfect for us and everything was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights was the view over Kitebeach — it was great to be able to see when the action started. The location is ideal. The place is on the outskirts of Santa Maria, but the walk into the main street only takes about five minutes, so it felt both calm and convenient. Camila and Lucas were excellent hosts — very helpful, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. We would happily stay here again and can highly recommend this place.
