Just everything!!!!! The hotel is new, clean, full of top restaurants. The team is kind and great! The pool team Mr. Chadi and Mr. Gregori were so nice to us, welcoming, doing everything with smile on the face! We could ask for anything and they would do that without thinking twice! Very very kind stuff all over the hotel. Matuhisha restaurant is just wow! The beefbar has deserts of once in a life… Rooftop is so chill to sit and has great snacks! The breakfast is great with lots of choices. We loved the fact that there is no issue with origin and all this. The team is welcoming everyone and just nice to everyone! The people coming to the hotel are also very nice publicity.

The staff was extremely friendly upon entry, we were greeted with a glass of commandaria which started off our trip fantastically! The facility was very clean and very easily accessible with the public parking so near by, the complimentary breakfast and night time sweet was a delight and we really appreciated the touches the hotel had to offer such as providing us with the daily forecast.

Ez a fényűző üdülőtelep 3 szabadtéri úszómedencével, 1 beltéri, sós vizű medencével, 5 különböző étteremmel, valamint 1500 m²-es wellnessrészleggel várja vendégeit. Csak jókat és annál is jobbakat tudnék írni. Minden csodálatos volt. A szálloda meseszép, a szobák és a közös terek gyönyörűek, kényelmesek és rendkívül ízlésesek, hangulatosak, mintha csak hazatérne az ember. Minden, de tényleg minden elsőosztályú volt és a vendégek kényelmét szolgálta. A kert hangulata leírhatatlan, azt látni kell élőben nappal is sötétben is. A személyzetnek külön köszönjük a figyelmességüket, kedvességüket. A fiam születésnapját mentünk ünnepelni és tökéletesre sikerült minden nekik is köszönhetően. Köszönünk mindent, biztos, hogy visszatérünk.
