Very nice, modern place, comfortable too! I was in the 6 person womens room and it was so spacious that if everyone had a big luggage it wouldn't be a problem. Breakfast was very good too, tasty and filling, I recommend paying additionally for it. Location wise it was very close to the centre. Olomunc is a small city but I was not expecting for it to be that close. You can walk in foot from the train stadion with no problem (next to the tram station too if you prefer that). Additional plus for the possibility of leaving my bag after checkout.
