I accidentally booked an accommodation adapted for guests with special needs, but the stay was still pleasant. Would recommend.

We felt very well taken care of during our whole stay - from welcome drinks, to breakfast, to water bottles and car parking help - everything was very clear and thought-through. The furnishings are very stylish and modern, shower big, and matresses very supportive for the back.

The hotel is very well-equiped, the room had a good kitchen and confortable beds. The staff was kind to provide us a baby crib for free. We got a room on the last floor, and it has a nice view of the city. It's a Brazilian-style hotel, so most of the staff speaks Portuguese, which was really nice for us; also, they sell Brazilian stuff like 'coxinhas' and 'Guaraná' (even if it is a bit overpriced, but that's ok). In general, I liked everything and recommend for anyone visiting Ulm -especially Brazilians and Portuguese.
