loved the design and homely feel, a lot fresher than most hotels I've experienced in Berlin. was great to have the restaurant and Cafe on hand but also be able to make meals in the room. this is a great base for a 4-5 day stay. really easy to get around, fantastic to have balcony doors to let fresh air in.

In general modern and comfortable. Great staff throughout. Reception quick and efficient, honesty bar next to it. Restaurant original and great food. Rooms in several blocks (color coded). Spacious rooms, great beds, great shower, the best I have experienced in Berlin (and I stayed in quite a few hotels there). Easy to reach with tram.

The hotel is perfectly located for a short stay in Berlin, it is near two underground stations so we managed to visit all the nearby sites easily without a car. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. A great Hotel with the perfect location.

Breakfast was tasty, a nice selection of french cheese and prosciutto. The coffee was easily the best coffee in a hotel. Also, the bed and pillows were amazing, had a really good sleep every night. Oh, and the staff was super-friendly!

This stylish hotel lies between the Ubera Arena and the East Side Gallery, the remaining iconic section of the Berlin Wall.

We were busy with our own business question, and nothing in the room/hotel distracted us from it, everything worked perfectly. Hot chocolate and comfy armchair helped to feel less stressed. Receptionists were very nice and helpful.
