They are furnished with traditional oil paintings, and some overlook the Maximilianstrasse Boulevard. Upon arrival, a few young people came up to our room to deliver macrons and fruit. It was such a lovely surprise!! They were very welcoming and professional. Such a nice bright start to our time in Augsburg. I also LOVE the pillow menu and the smell of the soap in the room.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, breakfast was varied with the option of cooked food too. This hotel is in a gorgeous old building, it felt like we were staying in a castle!! We had the family room which was excellent and meant we had our own separate spaces so two happy teens!!
