It’s a design interior with beautiful photography art, very comfortable rooms and spacious common areas. Gym has aerobic machines and free weights! There is a sauna also. Breakfast was superb! Outside there is nice area with shops and restaurants, and cross the street there is an access to the lake. I took a run around the lake - it was 2.5 miles and really wonderful! These is more restaurants around the lake. There are 2 grocery stores within a short walk from the hotel. The place has limited parking spots in the front, but then there’s a a lot in 100 meters. We really enjoyed our stay 😊

O Campushotel está localizado em frente ao campus da universidade Fern Universität Hagen, a 2 km do centro da cidade de Hagen, e bem na saída das autoestradas A45 e A46. Excellent value for money, a spotlessly clean room, and very helpful staff. The stay was very comfortable and pleasant overall. I would highly recommend it without hesitation.

It was a really great stay with lots of helpful staff, especially the new employee Nijat, who went out of his way to ensure we had something to eat and some coffee when we had an early start with a long drive the next morning, and also arranged something to eat for my son when he was hungry late at night. Thank you so much for taking care of us so well! We will definitely be back if we need to visit Duisburg again.

I stayed in this lovely apartment on the second floor (not the top), and even in summer, it stayed pleasantly cool — there was absolutely no need for air conditioning. The apartment itself is spotless and very well maintained. The host provides an incredibly detailed guide to the apartment, including everything you need to know about parking, so you really don’t have to worry about anything. Parking was also easy and convenient. The host is super friendly and responsive — replies come very quickly and are always helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I booked the apartment last minute due to a sudden business change, and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. The host sent detailed instructions within minutes. Inside, everything was clean, modern and well-organised. I worked from the apartment for half a day without any issues — stable internet, comfortable seating. This will be my go-to place for future trips

Em Duisburg, - Ocean Haven Deluxe with Coastal Charm - 2-Room Sea-Inspired Apartment 75 qm - Central Location - Elegant Nautical Design - Renovated in 2024 with TV & Netflix - Full Kitchen & Free... The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom was beautiful and newly renovated. A little over 1km walk to the trainstation, and we found grocery stores really closeby too. The street was quiet and we were able to sleep well. We also liked that the apartment was themed!

This wasn’t our first time staying at one of this host’s apartments — and just like before, everything was perfect. The place was clean, cozy, and fully equipped. Communication was fast and easy as always. We really appreciate the consistency and great service. Highly recommended!

Great location close to the lake and coffee shops, also to the train station. Plenty of bakeries and groceries around. Very easy to live there. The people were very kind and helpful.
