Located in Dortmund, less than 1 km from Phoenix Lake, Sellmann´s Boutique Hotel provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. It’s a design interior with beautiful photography art, very comfortable rooms and spacious common areas. Gym has aerobic machines and free weights! There is a sauna also. Breakfast was superb! Outside there is nice area with shops and restaurants, and cross the street there is an access to the lake. I took a run around the lake - it was 2.5 miles and really wonderful! These is more restaurants around the lake. There are 2 grocery stores within a short walk from the hotel. The place has limited parking spots in the front, but then there’s a a lot in 100 meters. We really enjoyed our stay 😊

Spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. Rooms are big and appear soundproof - a big plus travelling with three dogs. The staff was accommodating and super nice. Will definitely return!

Situated in Xanten, 46 km from Town Hall Duisburg, DORMERO Hotel Xanten features views of the city. The breakfast was outstanding and well laid out. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

A recently renovated apartment situated in Duisburg, - Stellar Haven Deluxe with Cosmic Design - 3-Room Space-Themed Apartment 75 qm - Central Location - Balcony - Renovated 2024 with TV & Netflix -... One of the best things about this apartment was the convenient location and free parking. We were travelling by car and it was a relief to find such place with its own parking spot. From there, it was easy to get to the city center and nearby attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, bright, and had everything we needed after long drives. A perfect base for exploring the region without worrying about logistics.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and well-organized, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The self-check-in process was smooth and easy, which made our arrival stress-free. One big advantage was the free parking right by the house — that was very convenient for us as a family. Communication with the host was excellent, they always responded very quickly to any questions we had. Everything in the apartment was thoughtfully arranged. We felt comfortable and had a pleasant time. Definitely a good choice for a short or longer stay
