Really a surprise, as we only booked it as the most promising place for an overnight stay before the ferry. But this is a really nice house, well-maintained and comfortable, with parking just outside, and in a nice older area of a nice town. We would happily come back here again if in the area.

Located in Dannemare in the Lolland region, Holmegaard vin og glamping features a patio and garden views. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. With only two tents in a private garden surrounded by a vineyard, it was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The bed was super comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved it. My 9-year-old was even invited to play with the host’s children in their garden – such a warm and welcoming gesture. You’re basically staying in the vineyard, which is just beautiful. The toilet and fully equipped kitchen are about 100 meters away – spotless and fresh. It’s a countryside location, so a bit remote, but just a 10-minute drive to the beach and 30 minutes to Knuthenborg Safari Park. I also bought a bottle of wine produced on the property – pure happiness in a glass!

The Dream Villa is a recently renovated villa in Rødby, where guests can make the most of its private beach area and garden. For our needs, everything was tip top 👍
