Loved: Staff, beds, restaurant and price! A modern, ultra clean repurposed wine cooperative that is more than a hotel. The food is of the highest quality at a very reasonable price. We ended up turning it into our base for exploring the region for 4 days! All the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and generous. And they allowed us to park our motorcycles behind the building in a locked up area at no cost. Make it a destination and you won’t be disappointed.

The room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The host is a wonderful gentleman who came over within a few minutes with his friend a tech, to arrange the AC remote control. AC worked perfectly mind you. This property has easy safe parking around 12m away across the road. The host suggested a great place to eat, and we enjoyed it. He was very helpful. This was a super stay!

A recently renovated property, AP Home Carretería is located in Cuenca near Cuenca Train Station, Hanging Houses of Cuenca and Mangana Tower. This renovated 2 bedroom apartment is comfortable and the building entrance is in the pedestrian zone. Car parking in the blue zone nearby is an option for overnight stays as payment is only needed Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 14:00, 17:00 to 20:00. Saturday between 10:00 and 14:00. Is €1.60 for each 2-hour maximum duration. There was no detergent for the washing machine when we were there. Clothes hangers and pegs were provided. These quickly dried in the warm weather after hanging them on the line outside the window. A full size ironing board (not the table mounted type) was provided.
