The staff was amazing and friendly. The rooftop bar was the best place to hang out and work from in the evenings. The location is 4mins away from the beach and close to all the restaurants and bars. There is a taxi rank close to the hotel too if you want to travel the city by taxi. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard and had a japanese toilet which was a life changer. We had a fridge in our room to store bottles of water and kept them very cold. Will definitely consider this hotel again if I were to ever return to Las Palmas.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to a suite with panoramic views across the sand dunes to the sea. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the main restaurant and the Oasis restaurant. There were very high levels of cleanliness and a great selection of food.

Important: they will send you (very detailed) instruction to get to the place - follow them! The road is not marked in google maps, you will get lost if you don't :)
