The hosts have been helpful even from booking stage. They were very polite, very informative about what to expect in the apartment. Extra towels were available. The location although not in core City centre, is great with very good access to public transport (3 metro stations within 5-6 minutes walk and a number of bus stops). Convenience stores are very close as well as coffee places, and local restaurants..

This is an absolutely lovely apartment. The amenities, the comfort, and the cleanliness were a 10/10 The location is fantastic. Close to major sites, restaurants, and metro. We have been traveling through Europe in the past year for over 4 months (separate trips), and this apartment (out of dozens) is our favorite and only solid 10/10🥰 The host was easily reachable... we had a couple of minor questions, and quick to reply. Definitely, we would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Cavabaja Suites! The location is absolutely perfect right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city. The property itself is beautiful, stylish and very well maintained. Check-in was seamless, and we were impressed with the efficiency and warmth of the process. The customer service was truly excellent friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. We would definitely recommend Cavabaja Suites and would love to return!

Very modern, clean, amazing apartments. It was so cozy there that we preferred staying for dinner at home, not going somewhere. Big fully and well equipped kitchen, bathroom with good light and all needed bath staff (even hair conditioner), nice and warm bedroom. Big TV with Netflix etc. Everything looks new. The host provided all the instructions of how to entrance etc. Also, subway station is relatively close and having direct line to the centre
