While my initial communication through Booking.com felt a bit cold and impersonal, everything turned around once we arrived. The in-person welcome was warm and much more in line with what you'd expect from a 4-star stay. The hotel facilities are modern and stylish, and the location is truly exceptional—super convenient for getting around the city. The pool area is a hidden gem! The ambiance is relaxing, and the bartender crafted us an absolutely delicious cocktail that set the mood for the rest of our stay. What really elevated our experience was meeting Bárbara at the spa. She went above and beyond to arrange a one-hour couples massage, two-hour spa access, and breakfast—truly the best Sunday morning I’ve had in ages. Her kindness and professionalism made us feel so cared for. Catalonia as a brand has definitely caught my attention now—I’ll be looking into their other locations for future trips!

The flat was very clean and it was no more than 10 min from every important place. From Plaza de Major just 1 min a walk. Next to the building there are a lot of shops and restaurants. The host was incredible and taking care. In the flat there was everything you need. Amazing place, amazing people. We will be back again.

A very diverse and healthy breakfast for 15 euros if you pay the day before (20 euros before breakfast). The staff is helpful and friendly. I stayed here twice, on my way back and forth before a long flight. I'm grateful that they allowed me to check in 4 hours earlier, at 11 a.m., so I could get some sleep after jet lag.

It was very comfortable, very clean, big room. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay! The parking was right next to the entrance to the hotel, which is a rarity in Spain. We were very pleased.
