The spa is an absolute must — a true highlight of the experience. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the entire hotel maintained impeccable standards of cleanliness throughout.

We also booked the airport transfer organized by the property — very convenient and reasonably priced — which made our arrival completely stress-free. Overall, this was one of the smoothest travel experiences I’ve ever had. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this place more. The wifi was stable at all times. I used the internet without interruptions. The cleanliness was exemplary. I recommend this hotel if you want comfort, organization and quick access to the city. It is an excellent choice for Madrid.
