The staff were helpful and kind, always ensuring I knew they were available if needed. The location is excellent, less than a 5-minute walk from the center of Ciutadella. The cleaning service was also top-notch. However, the lack of soundproofing meant I could hear everything happening around me, especially conversations among the cleaning staff and others travellers (just in the morning). Overall, it was still a very good experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel!

Set within a nature reserve, the beachfront ARTIEM Audax - Adults Only offers a free WiFi zone and an outdoor pool, overlooking Menorca’s Cala Galdana Bay. That was adults only. Breakfast was amazing. Very well equipped gym. Great location.
