Aquest monestir reconvertit, situat a la regió de la Ribiera Sacra i al costat dels rius Miño i Sil, ofereix un spa magnífic i un pati central esplèndid. The Parador itself is just great; renovated monastry, renovated with a good feeling integrating old and newer parts, surrounding landscape just beatutiful, divers options for hiking (those directly at the monasatry are not the best, though, and you need to dig through the various options yourself to find the most suited for you), Spa is small but nice.

Boasting river views, Cabañas Ribeira Sacra features accommodation with balcony, around 22 km from Sil Canyon. The accommodation has a spa bath and a hot tub. Incredible cabin with the most spectacular views anywhere! Cabin was beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable. Great communication with the host. Bed, linens and towels soft and cozy. Easy parking. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Our favorite stay during our week long vacation! Will be back some day!

Located in Muiños, 46 km from Geres Thermal Spa, Xanela Xures provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. The landlord was very friendly even though I only spoke a little Portuguese! Very lovely and lended us some umbrellas
