The location is on the main street and the host is incredibly friendly, with good advice from a man who has done El Camino and is full of experience. Highly recommend this clean and very welcoming location. Perfect to start El Camino.

Located within 1.1 km of Museum of Aquitaine and less than 1 km of Bordeaux Cathedral, Villa Erizio Aparthotel - a bucolic and urban break provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom... The apartment is absolutely great, all new and decorated with great style! It has a kitchen, with all kind of stuff (coffee maker, toaster, induction plate, fridge…) The bed and the forniture are top. We were in of the 3 of the first floor (no lift), but there are another 3 on the ground level. We left our car on the street for the night, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, just 15 minutes walking from the Cathedral. A great place to stay. Thanks a lot!!

Boasting a terrace and located by a forest, Kyriad Périgueux BOULAZAC is situated in Saint-Laurent-sur-Manoire. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I spent a two nights in a 244 euros a night hotel in Bordeaux earlier this month and this Kyriad was a better experience room wise - and parking was free as opposed to an additional 60 euros. I did not eat in the restaurant but it looked comfortable and the menu was appealing. I did not have breakfast but will next time as they serve a full English breakfast.

This nature experience of the local trees and pines with fantastic beaches was incredible. It was the best food we tasted for a local chef and the recycling program for guests to participate was outstanding. From big crowded city to a serene quiet preserve was much needed by our group of friends.
