The complete concept, which is very refreshing. The availability of the lounge area. The location and quietness of the room. Above all though the staff who were proactive and extremely positive and helpful. There must be a very good training system in place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hôtel La Maison des Croisades. Felix (and Rita!) made us feel incredibly welcome from check-in to check-out. Felix was a great resource for planning our days. Our room was of a very good size and very clean (and cleaned very well every day of our stay). As for breakfast, it was really good - plenty of choice including cereals, pastries, fruit, yogurts, and Fougasse! Very convenient also was the parking card which provides free access to multiple nearby car parks. Just an excellent overall stay. We'd happily stay again if we visited.

The location was Ideal, the staff were helpful and friendly, the facilities at the apartment were superb, and there were clear explanations about everything.
