Quite and clean hotel. The staff was very friendly. It is very conveniently located.

Beautifully designed rooms with lovely details and wooden floors. Everything has been sensitively considered. Loved the Smeg kettle and tea mugs. Felt like home. Staff were so helpful. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

4th time i ve been to Mama s shelter and it remains one of the best hotels for me. If you are expecting a high end 5 star hotel it is not for you. But if you are into a funky , hip and authentic place, with an awsome and friendly vibe then it is definitely the place to book.

The chef in the restaurant was really helpful. The fish soup was excellent

This is wonderful place to take a vacation in the centre. Extremely hospitable hotel staff, very tidy and comfortable place. The owner Arizki responded to all requests and helped us in everything, the best option for a budget holidays, walking distance to all historical places and to a wonderful beach (20 minutes on foot). We were extremely satisfied with our vacation and are very grateful to the hotel staff .

It was a fun stay. We loved the bath with the twinkling lights on the ceiling and the little gifts to make it special. Everything felt very clean and modern.
