A great stay, gentle and friendly staff. We loved an hour of spa that was included in the room price, breakfast was more than decent. I booked a classic queen room because I didn’t see another option, so I asked the front desk whether we can switch it to double room and they fulfilled my request in no time. They gave us a handicapped room , the bathroom with the shower area was a bit weird but there was a lot of space, so we loved it anyway.

Absolutely everything about this hotel...but oh god the location, just amazing looking over the harbour onto the chateau. Superb. Room 32 with balcony, cannot recommend this little piece of heaven highly enough. Special shout out to receptionists, so helpful. We will be back again.

Initially we had a problem with the parking, it solved easily. Really cordial welcoming and service throughout - we asked for the glasses and ice bucket for the rose wine, it took literally 90 seconds! Hotel itself is located 100 m from the beach, being in absloute centre - really premium location. Breakfast was nice, well balanced and hearty.

We had an apartment for 5, 3 adults and 2 children. The apartment was in an ideal position, quiet yet near the harbour. There was plenty to do in Cassis, enjoying the sea. Good restaurants and cafes. Our host was a very helpful lady.

A lovely location with a great friendly atmosphere.

A lovely location with a great friendly atmosphere. A boat trip to see the Callanques is recommended. Taxis for short journeys eg to the railway station are difficult to find so the bus is your best option.

Excellent little town with ample restaurant choices and...

Excellent little town with ample restaurant choices and amazing access to the Calanques National Park. Very walkable, great bakeries (Boulangerie Lion & Le Fournil du Port). Cannot comment on the main beach but la Plage du Bestouan and the Calanque de Port-Pin offer some great swimming and sunbathing opportunities.

We loved the boat trip to the Calanques: beautiful scenery, don't take the shortest one. It is worthwhile spending at least 1 hour and 30 mins to explore the Calanques. There are a couple of great beaches at walking distance from the centre of Cassis. A lot of lovely restaurants, also in the little streets away from the port.

Cassis is a lovely town with a nice harbour and marina.

Cassis is a lovely town with a nice harbour and marina. Plenty of restaurants and not too dear. Cassis is served by train, however, the train station is 20 minutes by bus from the town centre. The bus is cheap and seems to meet most trains.

Great hotel location, very good restaurant next door called La Nonna D'Oro and an excellent wine-bar just behind the main strip along the port called La Maison de Jo & Gaby that is worth visiting.

We had a great time at Villa Cassis. The location is great, the flat was spacious, although it looked and felt more like an actual hotel room. We had a very large balcony with an exceptional view over the sea and landmark! Pool was lovely and great to swim in. The residence (garden, pool, parking area) was very well kept and tidy. It was very comfortable! We would most likely return to this place if we come back to Cassis one day :)

The staff was amazing - very friendly and lovely! We were travelling with our baby and we got even a bathtub for him! Our appartment was very pretty and clean. We had a great view to Cassis (btw: 5 mins walk from the hotel and you are in the centre). The pool is heated and had a temperature of 25°C and there was also a jacuzzi and a sauna - easy to use and at no additional cost.

Up from the first moment when we arrived at the hotel, we could see that the owners are taking a lot of care in architecture and decoration. We also liked the location basically inside Calanque Park and away from crowdy Cassis. We also started our walking journey to Calanque d'En Vau from there which was such a good experience.

The relaxed style and coziness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the breakfasts, and the exceptional views of the Mediterranean and the Cap Canaille made this hotel our favourite during our time on the Cote d'Azur and Provence. We will for sure be back at some point!
