Excellent location, superb facilities, great value for money

The staff were nothing short of wonderful. And the position between the airport and the train station. The hotel is very straightforward;, clean bed and bathroom, a terrace, a pool to look at and a fine breakfast area. But the staff are the winning deal. Most guests are just transiting - coming from the airport or going to the airport and the staff know all the questions and have the answers and solutions.

We didn't understand why the hotel had such a low rating. Our room was new, spacious, clean. Great breakfast, airport shuttle in 5 minutes, courteous staff. We enjoyed everything about it.

The hotel is a newly built facility. Very good location, close to the train and bus stations. Several minutes' walk to the city center. Everything about the hotel was as described - I highly recommend it!

Nice and tidy triple room we had. Enough space and clean, also in the bathroom. Good dark curtain. There is a bar on the ground flour, also with biljart to play. The breakfast buffet is very good! The staff was very friendly and helpful. When you arrive too soon for check in, you can store your luggage in the luggage room for €6,50. The hotel is close to the metro and tramstop Joliette and only 15 min walk from the Old Port.

1. Sou‌nd proofi‌ng wi‌ndows. I mea‌n whe‌n it got ‌noisy outside i just closed the wi‌ndow a‌nd e‌njoyed comfortable temperature i‌nside the room. 2. Breakfast was ‌very nice: bio yogurt, o‌ne day there were blueberries a‌nd I liked that camomila tea i‌n fabric bags. 3. Locatio‌n: - close to a great, long running track along the seaside—with fantastic sea views, I must say! It’s easy to do a 10km run here. You can start right from the hotel doors, run through the Old Port, and keep going along the seaside - close to old port where you ca‌n buy fresh fish at local market, o‌n Su‌nday there is a very big local market - close to Shoppi‌ng Ce‌nter (5-10 mi‌ns) - close to old tow‌n (5-10 mi‌ns) - close to Saint-Charles Train Station, so you can take a day trip to Cassis for some hiking and fantastic swimming at Calanque d’En-Vau. - Wifi was e‌nough for work: work calls we‌nt well - easy to get to public beaches: take bus 83 (which runs every 10 minutes) and get off at the beach you like the most. We liked the Prado beaches. One day, we walked to the Prado beaches along the coast, which is a very scenic walking route. 4. The staff were very fri‌endly, I booked yet a‌nother ‌night a‌nd late checkout a‌nd all we‌nt well. 5. The bed, sofa, and pillows were all very comfortable. The room has a cozy design and feels great to stay in.

Is my go to go option every time I am in Marseille. Staff is always welcoming. Kudos an many thanks to Constantine who went beyond to help me out during my stay.

Very modern and clean hotel Room! The male receptionist was very welcoming and helpful! We got a bed upgrade which was very nice! Access to the local bus waa great to get into the city!

Close to airport - great one night stay for late arrival. Very good breakfast for that money and that type of stay

The staff was delightful and helped me kindly with all my questions, my room was not big but absolutely perfect - clean, modern, comfy bed, good shower. I had a little terrasse in front of my room from where I could walk straight to the pool and felt right at home. I enjoyed the pool and could have stayed much longer! Great value for money.

Everything was amazing at Ruby Lilou. The staff were the most welcoming and clearly proud of working in this new hotel. The rooftop bar was great to unwind and had a really nice view of the city. The cocktails were delicious. The room itself was really comfortable (best pillows!!!) with nice touches everywhere. The whole hotel has clearly been very curated. Would definitely go back and hopefully will be able to enjoy the pool!
