Excellent helpful staff, on site parking and good breakfast

We were unable to check in at another hotel as the reception closed at 7pm without any late service. Ibis budget saved us - we were able to book it late AND check in. Plus the hotel and was absolutely fine, clean and organised.

The airco didnt work. But they gave us a new room for the same price

Nice hotel on the edge of there old town and within 20mins walk of the port. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was provided for 9euro at the rear of the hotel in a secure carpark

Excellent stay at this hotel, located in a very quiet area. The staff was very pleasant. There are natural plants everywhere, including in the rooms. The hotel is nicely decorated, it is indeed an oasis. Breakfast was very good.

They gave us TWO room cards for two people! It’s so rare for hotels to provide this simple curtesy - very happy. The facilities were good and clean. Good shower, small balcony. Everything you need, but nothing fancy. Decent location, beach barely in walking distance. Breakfast was decent and theres a restaurant if you don’t feel like going out. Parking conveniently available at no extra charge. Fun decor which spices up the usually boring insides of hotels. And did I mention, they gave EACH person a room key?!?

Very comfortable and clean room, excellent location the hotel employees are very kind we also enjoyed our coffee and drinks at the BS bar !

Location (car would be beneficial)

Cute little hotel in the heart of old town Frejus, just a five minute walk from train stop. Our room was on the top floor and was clean, BEAUTIFUL and very tastefully decorated, with a window overlooking the street. Bedding was very nice and comfy. Bathroom was spacious and modern with excellent shower. Breakfast was classic french with excellent coffee!

Friendly staff. A nice welcome and a lovely breakfast. The room was very comfortable as was the bed. The Italian restaurant next door was excellent. Served the best lasagna that I have tasted.

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. We booked a studio type of room, which was super fine and spacious (there is separate toilet from the bathroom), the bed was very comfortable, we could sleep well. We also liked the blackout curtain, which together with the shutter blocked out the sunlight totally. No noise came from the neighbouring rooms/ street, so the soundproof works well. At last, but not least I have to highlight that the staff was very kind and helpful, even when we arrived late at night for the check in, the lady welcomed us with a smile and we felt like they really would like to make our stay great, and they did! :) Thank you for the nice experience.
