Easy to find in a small village. Easy check-in. Immediately relaxed with wood stoves burning. The room was warm, clean & had all facilities needed for our 2 night stay. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was freshly prepared with a good range of choice ( recommend the scrambled eggs. I ‘ve never had eggs so light) The evening meal was very good and filling.

Beautiful old pub. The decor was fabulous, it was warm and cosy with a log burner in the bar . . The rooms were beautifully decorated , spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable . The coffee/tea facilities in the room were the very best, there was freshly ground coffee and a cafetière and the tea bags supplied were top quality . The room included breakfast which was excellent . We will definitely stay here again

Booking.com advertised the booking with breakfast included but when we checked-in reception said not that time and that we have to sort it out with booking.com. But we stayed to enjoy our short break and not to be spoiled by small problems like this. So far we didn't have time to communicate with booking.com as they are more interested in selling hotel accomodations etc.

The staff,the staff, helped me check in and checked out. The lady was very good,helpful ,professional, and always had a charming smile,and tried extra mile when I went to the breakfast corner ,my doggie barked,she came with another colleague from the reception corner *when I returned my seats)to comfort my dog s ,made them calm down and stop barking ,not only care my dogs,also considered not to affect other guests. She made our holidays easy and enjoy much to stay there. Highly recommend

I book The Vines on behalf of colleagues flying out of Brize Norton. The staff and management are always available to answer questions about my colleagues stays and accommodate our last minute requests. The accommodation is perfectly placed for an overnight stay before flying out and provides a great service and restful acommodation.

Location to amenities was great. Comfy and cleanest dog accommodation we have ever stayed at. So many times we take throws to protect furniture it ends up protecting us from the furniture. I did not need to go and buy any cleaning products like i usually do. So well done to this host as we appreciate that it is a gift to be able to take our dog on holiday and not a right. :)

Unfortunately what started off as a lovely weekend for two , tragically, my fiancé sadly had a massive stroke during Saturday night, leaving to him dying Sunday lunchtime in hospital.. The hotel staff were really helpful, friendly, accommodating towards my family staying unexpectedly and with the staff having to re arrange hotel accommodation for an extra night. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. On behalf of the family thank you to Carla and her team for all your kindness and support over a difficult time.

IT WAS SO PERFECT!! I would literally rate it 11 out of 10! The accommodation is so cute!! Me and my family really liked the whole interior and it felt like a cute cozy cottage home. It was fully-equipped with lots of good stuffs and it was so convenient to cook and have a small picnic outside the garden! We are so glad to stay in the accommodation and can't wait to recommend to my friends who wants to experience a nice cottage stay in Cotswold. Thank you so much for having us! <33333 xx

Excellent location, accommodation exactly as described, very cosy, beware if you are tall , you will bump your head. The property has all the things, utensils you might need for a stay, including an ironing board and iron.

The location was spot on the cottage we stayed in was so cosy it reminded us of the film the holiday. It was so comfy and peaceful. The coffee machine was an added bonus. The views having dinner and breakfast where stunning. Overall an amazing place we will be back again
