I had a wonderful stay at this Gudauri lodge hotel. Everything was perfect — the service, the location, and the atmosphere. The lobby is very cozy and stylish, creating a great first impression. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. The waiters were always polite and helpful, and the ski rental team was especially amazing — very professional, patient, and genuinely caring. You can really feel that the people here love their work and care about guests. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in Kazbegi!

Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Apartment is close to ski lifts, groceries, restaurants. Great ski rental place in building. Building has the option for parking at an additional charge.

The hotel was very clean and warm. The breakfast was delicious, and the lady at the reception was so kind and helpful. I also appreciated that the bathroom had a bidet. I really enjoyed my stay.

This review is a tad bit late (got caught up in settling back after the trip), even though it was easily one of the best places I have stayed in. Our stay at 1740 Boutique Hotel went way beyond our expectations. We woke up each morning to stunning views, the breakfast was carefully curated and Boris is so gracious and helpful. The decor is classic and creative. The location is exceptional giving us a clear view of the Kazbegi mountain range. When it was too cold and gloomy to step out we could hangout in the cozy restaurant and order delicious food. Boris was always around to provide information and there to help us with anything we needed.

We booked the 2 bedroom cottage and it had a lot of room for 4+ people. The cottage was very neat and clean! Honestly it was exactly like the pictures and better . The owners are so kind and nice , the area was lovely and safe for a girls trip and the town has everything you need. Will definitely be booking with them again!

The host was kind and he waited for us until night to give us the keys, also he helped us with the luggage. The host provided everything you need for staying in such a place.
