The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, whether it was arranging transport, recommending places to visit, or assisting with small requests. Their warm hospitality really made a difference. The location is also excellent—close to key attractions, cafes, and transport options, making it easy to explore Tbilisi. After long days out in the city, coming back to the quiet garden area was perfect. Overall, my 6-day stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. I would happily choose Brosse Garden again on my next visit to Tbilisi and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

They upgraded our room free of charge, which was a lovely surprise. The staff was incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Our room with a terrace was absolutely fantastic, offering great views and a cozy atmosphere. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Tbilisi. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Hi vaig arribar a les 08:30 del matí després de viatjar en tren nocturn de Yerevan a Tbilisi. Em van deixar fer el check-in i accedir a la meva habitació en comptes d'haver d'esperar fins el migdia.
