It exceeded our expectations and we were very happy staying there. The coffee machine stopped working and it was immediately replaced - fantastic customer service! Even the WiFi was excellent.

This was the only aparthotel we stayed at in Greece, and it was by far the best booking. They provided unlimited bottled water upon request and helped us arange a taxi to the airport. The apartment was huge and had 2 floors with multiple balconies. Housekeeping actually serviced the room while we were away. We were not expecting this because it's an apartment. The rental was at such a reasonable price that we were able to do another booking in Chania because we wanted to stay overnight. It was centrally located to restaurants and the shopping areas. The apartment was also a short walk to the harbor.
