Very clean and with great position to reach everything needed by feet. Would come back for sure if around. We even forgot a pair of pants and a girl from the staff offered to bring them to us in another city because she was moving towards there...very appreciated!!!

The entry hall and the stairs are a true masterpiece. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well organized and fully equipped. Staff was very professional and helpful, yet friendly. We were allowed to check in earlier and were provided complimentary free breakfast. Liana, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She helped us to plan the visits around and gave us great suggestions. Furthermore, she invited us to the Easter party lunch organized by the hotel with traditional music and tasty food. Breakfast is buffet style, everything is freshly made and very well presented. Finally, food was very delicious. The garage is free , which is a bonus. I would definitely choose to stayhere again whenever I visit Crete.

Hotel was in a central location near a busy area of restaurants which were very reasonably priced. Very comfortable bed & had a great sleep! Shower was really powerful. Good breakfast with hot & cold options. Loved the design & decor of the hotel. The staff were lovely, particularly the lady that met us when we arrived late evening.
