What you see is what you get:-) Definitely a good value for the monies. Located in a densely inhabited city so do not expect quiet evenings, since the people start their life (and their cars) at midnight:-) Great view on the marina and sea from the top floor (we had a 6th floor appt). Great restaurant with well educated staff. No parking, but you might find a place within a short walking distance. Well done, guys!

This was the second time I stayed at Milva Apartments while passing through Kos town. Initially I booked it due to the great location considering the main bus stop and the ferry port. Both times the flats were very spacious and clean and had all necessary amenities. The check-in was easy and I even managed to get an earlier check-in both times. Also, great location in the middle of the town. I would stay here again!

All the rooms were really nice (we were in the family suite with private pool and family suite with jacuzzi), service exceptional, we had an issue with the lifeguard on duty, but it was well managed by the manager. Would sure go again and recommend the hotel to our friends.

After check out, we were still able to store our luggage whilst exploring the island and we were still able to access the spa facilities. After a cancelled flight, the staff were happy to help us with booking another room and promised the same the day after.

Outstanding staff: helpful, very kind, proactive, the Manager has managed to extend our stay from 2 to 6 nights and even made it possible for us to keep the room which we loved but had it booked only for the first 2 nights. Great terrace for slow breakfasts. We'd love to come back one day !
