Located within 1 km of Dexa Beach and less than 1 km of Port of Ithaki, Iris Apartments Ithaca provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Vathi, Ithaka. The apartment is spotlessly clean, quiet, spacious with a good size balcony (we stayed in Afroditi apartment with a sea-view). The location is perfect, especially if you do not have a car. The noisy road can not be heard, but the way from the main road is not long and not steep. Just around the corner there is a great cafe Dentrakia, a small supermarket is also close by, and the center of Vathy with all the nice restaurants, bakeries, cafés and shops are in a 10-minute walk. A gorgeous beach called Dexa is just 12-minute by foot. Hristo, the owner is super friendly, helpful, guest-oriented and very kind, fast in replying, though speaks little English, but the translation apps can help. There was daily cleaning and a change of bed-linen after two days. The kitchen is properly equipped, you can cook, bake, there is a kettle and a toaster, too. In the fridge 2 big bottles of water, and couple of small butter and jams were waiting for us plus a pack of rusk, coffee capsules, tea-bags and sugar. The bathroom is not big, but also very clean, toiletries were provided, the water pressure was perfect and hot water was always available. The air-condition functioned very well, too. We highly recommend to book Iris Apartment which is in a traditional Ionian Ithacan house for your stay in Ithaca.

A tengerre néző Calypso Apartments csendes domboldalban, Vathy Port Ithaca mellett található. Great location really near Vathi, great spatious room with amazing view overlooking the gulf below. Big bathroom as well! Most probably we will revisit!

Set in a listed Venetian house in Vathi, boutique hotel Korina Gallery offers luxurious rooms with view to Vathi port. Beautiful boutique hotel with a very nice pool a 3 minute walk from the waterfront in Vathy. Wonderful hosts. Very much enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Perantzada Hotel 1811 is located at the picturesque port of Vathy on the island of Ithaca. This boutique hotel is housed in a 19th century neoclassical building decorated with modern art pieces. The hotel in general was gorgeous, very clean, and has great views of the bay. The room was spacious and serviced everyday. The service from all the staff was excellent, the breakfast offers for all tastes. Katarina arranged our travel to and from the island which was very convenient and timely. Small touches like afternoon snacks or icecream were fantastic!
