What isn't to like about mitsis selection Alila, as you enter you are greeted with smiles and passion this hotel far exceeded our expectations, after spending 2.5 weeks in Italy and dealing with below average service the team at mitsis showcased just what 5 star accommodation and service looks like. When we read all inclusive it is normal to question its validity, however all inclusive really means all inclusive everything from drinking to eating our family are leaving 5kg heavier but definitely happier. I'll take a moment to thank some individuals who made it a more personable touch although all were exceptional these individuals made our stay that much more inclusive, the day spa crew are welcoming patient and show care and dedication to all that they do, Tassos Ftaklas you will see him with a big smile greeted and making your experience more personable thank you, Aris from the italian restaurant showcased exceptional service , Amalia from the Greek restaurant Ellendiko deserves more recognition and credit Amalia took the time to get to know our table and ensured we experienced a true Greek experience, thank you Amalia , last but not least Gregoria from the bar, from the start you epitomised outstanding customer service your friendly smile and warm goodbye showed the true Rhoditian spirit . I'll leave with this I come from a service background I know what good service looks like, to me it is the ability to treat all your guests like royalty. O hotel é novo e muito bem localizado, apenas a uns minutos a pé da Old Town de Rhodes. Excelente staff, simpático e interessado em receber bem os clientes. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo, com máquina de café Nespresso muito bom! O pequeno almoço tinha variedade e excelente qualidade. Tivemos 30% de desconto no restaurante para jantar e valeu muito a pena! O menu não tinha muitas opções mas para nós eram bem suficientes, e os pratos tinham muita qualidade. Foi-nos oferecida sobremesa e o atendimento pela Angela foi perfeito, muito obrigado!
