The host was incredibly helpful and kind, offering great recommendations for places to visit and where to eat in Samos. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property nestled in the heart of Samos, just a short 10-minute walk from the beach. The hosts and staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The bed was unbelievably comfortable — easily the best sleep I’ve had while traveling! Lovely views of Samos from the room, and having a washing machine inside was a huge plus for convenience.

Thanks to the hospitality of Maria and Kiki we had a very nice stay. Our room was very clean, air conditioned with balcony, a few seconds away from Kokkari Beach. Breakfast was very good and delicious. Thanks to Maria's suggestions we went to the most beautiful places of the island. If I come again, I won't stay anywhere else.

The host Michail was very helpful and attentive. There was no problem with anything, everything was resolved to our maximum satisfaction. He even arranged a taxi for us from the airport. He also brought us a large piece of watermelon from his garden. We had a welcome bag with gifts, and there were also capsules for the coffee machine. The cleaning was very thorough and we felt at home. It is really close to the beach. There are two perfect taverns nearby (Emanuel, Kamara), you don't have to go anywhere else for food. But it is advisable to make a reservation for dinner. Two weeks went by very quickly. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Samos is a beautiful island, I recommend renting a car for a few days. The rental office is right next door. Votsalakia is a quiet village, there was no problem with a large number of tourists.

Ubytovanie Iro's Residence sa nachádza v destinácii Ágios Konstantínos niekoľko krokov od miesta Pláž Platana a 10 km od miesta Moni Vronta. The room was spotless and the breakfast is amazing! The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and peaceful. AMAZING place to stay. I will be back next summer when I visit Samos again.

From the first moment it was like walking into a paradise. The staff was super welcoming and attentive, and arriving there with our pet we were curious how he would be treated. This place is the true definition of pet friendly, with everything prepared for him as much as it was for us. The facilities are super clean, the rooms have just about anything you would need. We had an issue with hot water the night we arrived, and despite how late it was, the technician resolved the issue in no time. It would be hard to consider anywhere else but here for a stay on this lovely island.

This is an amazing hotel with some of the best staff we have met in our travels throughout Greece. They were kind, attentive to all our needs, and helped us find our way around. The hotel has a spa like feel. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean; with ocean views that are second to none! Up on the hill, this hotel is far enough from town to be a quiet sanctuary, but also within walking distance from amazing restaurants and shopping.
